Carefree Kitchens is committed to integrating sustainable practices within our daily business operations. We strive to be the best stewards of the resources, talents, and responsibility that we are given. See below for ways we are working towards a better, stronger, and healthier environment.

Carefree Kitchens' Environment
commitment

Carefree Kitchens proudly backs the California Air Resources Board (CARB) standards. CARB standards set parameters that reduce greenhouse gases and limit public exposure to manmade formaldehyde, which contains chemical elements such as carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Since formaldehyde is found in familiar building materials such as fiberboard, which is often used in cabinets, and hardwood plywood, which is often used in furniture, Carefree Kitchens seeks to apply CARB standards across all products sold and installed.

CARB's mission is to promote and protect public health, welfare, and ecological resources through effective reduction of air pollutants while recognizing and considering effects on the economy.
